VP of Growth
We are looking for a business oriented manager with strong expertise in performance marketing and leading of internet / e-commerce projects. VP of Growth will be responsible for leading the performance marketing and product team Blabu.com.

Blabu is marketplace and our main competencies are: 1) to have a strong technical background to run the platform and video calls and 2) to be really strong in both sides user acquisition by paid performance marketing channels.

Growth Hacking Team will consist of product development and performance marketing team accompanied later with content marketing team and brand marketing team
VP of Growth is key member of the board team
Delivering the growth inline with the Blabu 2 year Budget in number of provided call units (15 min call units) and number of active paying users (Net MAU)
Building the team: defining the roles in the team, their responsibilities and KPIs; hiring the right people, taking care of them and their development and keeping them in the team
Trying to find the most effective and affordable solutions to deal with current issues and building the product
Actively participating on the board meetings and working on defining the global strategy of the company
Closely cooperating with engineering team (with CTO Tomas Strejcek) on delivering product changes
